FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of horizontal producers with in-line placement and orientation of horizontal boreholes towards the minimum horizontal stress in the formation, performing multistage hydraulic fracturing and, according to the invention, drilling rows of directional injectors with performance of hydraulic fracturing at all wells in parallel to the lines of horizontal producers with alternation in one row. At that at all injectors located opposite the middle of the producer horizontal boreholes hydraulic fracturing and start-up of operations is made at the stage when operations are started for all other neighbouring wells: production for the nearest horizontal producers in the neighbouring rows and injection for the nearest injectors in the neighbouring rows.
