FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics, and describes a method of differential diagnostics of post operational development of ischemic or necrotic changes of the liver in case of the acute liver failure.A method includes biochemical postoperative test of blood serum, carried out on 3-rd day, determination of lactate dehydrogenase and dehydrogenase glutamate concentration and calculation of index of ischemic change of the liver (ICL).
