For this purpose, 10-14 days before the planned surgery with underlying standard drug therapy containing ACE inhibitors, beta-blockers, nitrates, calcium antagonists and acetylsalicylic acid, rosuvastatin is additionally prescribed in a daily dose of 20 mg nocte.
