FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pea based protein mixture and its application in a liquid nutritional composition, in particular, suitable for tube feeding. The protein mixture contains more than 25 wt % and up to 80 wt % of intact vegetal protein. The vegetal protein includes at least a source of intact pea protein and a source of a second intact vegetal protein.
