FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: testicular vein is catheterised to the level of the L-5 lower edge. That is followed by administering 3% Aethoxysklerol 1 ml to be distributed to an outer annulus of the inguinal canal. Then, Aethoxysklerol is sequentially administered at the level of the L-3 and L-1 lower edges. Each injection involves the spermatic cord cross-clamping at the outer annulus of the inguinal canal.;EFFECT: method for sclerotherapy enables eliminating a venous reflux in mesenteric-testicular anastomosys, prevents vein lumen re-canalisation in varicose veins of the grapelike testicular plexus.;1 ex, 1 dwg
