The assembly has a plate (1) and a dial (2) that are fixed one above the other. A holding unit (5) is secured to the plate and the dial and engaged with a complementary holding unit secured to the dial. A supporting unit and/or complementary supporting unit comprises an elastic return unit for plating the dial supported against the plate. The elastic return unit has tangential mobility according to a plane (PT) perpendicular to another plane (P) of the plate and to radial (R) joining center (O) of the plate with the elastic return unit.
