The filter (100) has an electric conductor comprising a rigid bus bar (15) i.e. solid copper conductor, for conducting electric current. Magnetic cores (30) alter an impedance of the electrical conductor. Capacitors (40) are connected between the electric conductor and a ground conductor (45a). Right and left half housings (12a, 12b) comprise the magnetic cores, the capacitors and front and rear elastic metallic clamps (60a, 60b) that partly enclose the electric conductor. The housings hold together the capacitors, the magnetic cores and the electric conductor in a fixed spatial ratio. The housings are made of metallized plastic.
