The device for dosing of calcium hypochlorite into an aqueous system, comprises a mechanism for suspending powder-, or granulate- or tablet shaped calcium hypochlorite into a calcium hypochlorite-suspension by addition of water, and a dosing device in which the calcium hypochlorite-suspension is guided into the aqueous system. The suspending mechanism comprises a suspending container (19), which is placed on a storage vessel (17) and a spraying device (20) in which the water is sprayed into the storage vessel. The spraying device is arranged in the suspending container. The device for dosing of calcium hypochlorite into an aqueous system, comprises a mechanism for suspending powder-, or granulate- or tablet shaped calcium hypochlorite into a calcium hypochlorite-suspension by addition of water, and a dosing device in which the calcium hypochlorite-suspension is guided into the aqueous system. The suspending mechanism comprises a suspending container (19), which is placed on a storage vessel (17) and a spraying device (20) in which the water is sprayed into the storage vessel. The spraying device is arranged in the suspending container. A part of the powder- or granulate shaped calcium hypochlorite flows as aqueous suspension into the suspending container. A cover (18) with openings is arranged between the suspending container and the storage vessel. The openings are covered by a filter having filter lattices, which are arranged in swiveling manner. The spraying device has spraying nozzles. Each of the openings is assigned a spraying nozzle in the cover. The device has a delivery barrel in the storage vessel and a cover plate placed on the suspending container. The edge of the suspending container has reception trough, into which the storage vessel can be set on the suspending container through manual setting. A suction pipe (24) flowing into the suspending container is intended for the transport of the suspension and for the dosing device. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for dosing an aqueous calcium hypochlorite-suspension into an aqueous system; and (2) a method for dosing of calcium hypochlorite into an aqueous system.
