Apparatus for recommending a guideline for health management, comprising: means for entering personal information which contains at least the sex and age of a measurement subject; Measurement value input means for inputting weight and body impedance of the measurement subject as respective measurement values; Estimating means for estimating a body composition size of the measurement subject based on the inputted personal information and the respective measured values; Predicting means for predicting a future weight fluctuation based on the weight and body composition size such that the future weight fluctuation is varied depending on a change in body composition size; and display means for displaying the predicted future weight fluctuation.
