The device has one or more multilayered solar pipes (1) that are made of arbitrary material. The solar pipes are used as a collector surface for liquid or gaseous medium for heating or refrigeration. The solar pipes are protected by a sun case from the outside atmosphere. The sun case is used as a heat exchanger between the inlet air and outlet air. The solar pipes are used as water reservoirs.
