The system (1) has a fuel cell (3) i.e. PEM fuel cell, and a heat exchanger (21), where a mass flow is made to flow in a region of the fuel cell and out-flow from the fuel cell. An air-conditioning system (16) actively cools the exchanger, and comprises an air conditioner compressor (17). A drain spacer (14) for condensation with a valve device (15) is arranged in the region of the exchanger. The exchanger is arranged in the region of a liquid separator (13). The exchanger is arranged in the region of mass flow that is made to outflow from fuel cell and an anode compartment (4) of fuel cell. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a vehicle (2) a method for switching-off of a fuel cell system.
