Auxiliary frame for rear axle arrangement for motor car, has front cross beam whose cross-sectional profile is asymmetrical in relation to longitudinal central plane and provided with symmetrical lateral rigidity along transverse direction
The frame has two longitudinal beams (11, 12), front cross beams (13) and a rear cross beam (14). The longitudinal beams are interconnected along vehicle transverse direction. A cross-sectional profile of the front cross beam is asymmetrical in relation to a vertical vehicle longitudinal central plane. The front cross beam is provided with symmetrical lateral rigidity along the vehicle transverse direction. An independent claim is also included for a rear axle arrangement.
