The machine (1) has a hydraulic system propelled by a drive motor. An air conditioning unit (K) comprises an open-type air conditioner compressor i.e. swivel disk compressor, for circulating refrigerant i.e. cooling water, in an air conditioning circuit. The air conditioner compressor drives a fixed displacement hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor supplies pressurized medium to the hydraulic system. A driven shaft of the hydraulic motor is directly connected with the compressor by using a shaft coupling. An electrical clutch connects and disconnects the compressor with the hydraulic motor.
