The block has a ratchet wheel (5) formed with an annularly arranged ratchet teeth on a rotary axis. A gear rack (6) is arranged on a support (1) and engaged with the ratchet teeth of the ratchet wheel. An attachment element (61) is arranged on the gear rack such that another attachment element (14) is fixed at a certain point. The former attachment element is suspended and connected to a wire rope to displace the gear rack such that the gear rack is displaced by driving the ratchet wheel so as to allow goods to be bundled and stably packed by a proper wire rope tension.
