Multi-link axle for connecting wheel carrier to motor car chassis, has trapezoidal control arm that is articulated on motor vehicle chassis at end of side of vehicle chassis articulation point and coupling arm
The axle has control arms (15,16) that are arranged in arm plane (14) and trapezoidal control arm (20) which is positioned in arm plane (19). The control arm is articulated on wheel carrier at end of side of wheel carrier through first articulation point and first coupling arm (21). The trapezoidal control arm is articulated on motor vehicle chassis at end of side of vehicle chassis through second articulation point (24) and second coupling arm (25). A wheel carrier is connected to motor vehicle chassis through additional control arm (28) that is positioned between arm planes.
