The storage (1) has battery cells (2) comprising a cell terminal (3) with a positive pole (4) and a negative pole (5). A cooling device (6) is provided for directly cooling the cell terminal and/or positive pole and/or negative pole. A heating device (7) is arranged between the battery cells for heating the battery cells and designed as a heating foil. The battery cells are designed as bag cells, cuboid cells or prismatic cells. Another cooling device (8) is connected with a cooling device of an internal combustion engine over a heat exchanger. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
