The module has a load current strip conductor path (LB2) connected with a load current terminal (E) of a power semiconductor switch (T2) e.g. insulated gate bipolar transistor, in an electrical conductive manner. Another load current strip conductor path (LB1) and the former conductor path are formed from a structured conductive layer (15). A set of coils (S1, S1') is directly arranged beside the latter conductor path or a load current conductor (LL1). Another set of coils (S2, S2') is directly arranged beside the former conductor path or another load current conductor (LL2). The load current conductors are in form a bonding wire or a cable. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a power semiconductor module.
