The mobile terminal detects a threatening forthcoming collision of vulnerable road user with a vehicle. An output is provided so as to enhance the visibility of vulnerable road user for a driver of the vehicle. The visual perceptible output is provided by flashing or illumination in the mobile terminal. An independent claim is included for a computer program for enhancing visibility of vulnerable road users.
