The method involves providing air capacitors (L) in a solar-thermal power plant. Cool air mass flow is output from a ventilator (4) and adapted in the air capacitors. The cool air mass flow is actuated by frequency changers and the ventilator. Active power alteration is performed within 5-600 s. A control device and a block guide are provided in the solar-thermal power plant.
