The internally-geared machine has a housing, an externally toothed pinion (4), which is rotatable around a gear axis (5), and an internally toothed ring gear (6). A compensation chamber (24) sealed against a working chamber is formed between a segment carrier (16) and a sealing segment (17). A high-pressure region is connected with a low pressure region (S) via a compensation channel (25) by using hydraulic compensating current flows, from which a cross-flow is branched off. The compensation chamber is conducted and applied with the pressure compensation.
