The groove base has a circumferential external toothing (181), and a central opening has a form-fit inner tooth engaged in an outer toothing. The internal toothing areas (122a,122b) are arranged centrally on the radially inner edges of the segments (12a,12b) of an annular disk. An independent claim is included for a manual transmission with a guard plate.
