The code has an arrangement structure e.g. country code, derived from code elements. The arrangement structure emphasizes a function such that a high order, recognizability, and symbolism are achieved. The code is used as a net access code by optical detection by smart phone, manual input, and acoustic transmission in an internet-enabled device by using software. Alpha-numeric elements and graphical elements are read by persons, and reproduced in form of voice. The alpha-numeric elements are surrounded by lines running through the alpha-numeric elements.
