The stabilizer has two torsion bars (40a,40b) are connected with the axle blocks (10a,10b) respectively in a rotating manner. A deflecting rocker (60a,60b) is provided for force transmission between torsion bars. A coupling rod (50a,50b,50c,50d) is provided for coupling the deflection rocker with the former torsion bar or the latter torsion bar. A torsion spring (70a,70b) is provided for resiliently supporting the deflection rocker at the frame and is connected in pivotal point with deflection rocker.
