The antenna (100) has the resonant portions (140,150) whose lengths are defined by the outer and inner perimeters of a conductive segment (120) respectively. The resonant portions are operated to effect and to resonate capacitively for communication in the band of frequencies respectively. The conductive segment is folded back to form a partial loop. The conductive segment is provided with the sections (130,133,138) coupled to one another for doubling back on the section (130). A thickness of a portion of conductive segment is adjusted to modify one of the lengths.
