The system has a pipe (3) including a water inlet opening, into which another pipe (5) is discharged. The former pipe is covered by a textile substance i.e. capillary non-woven fabric, and includes an opening i.e. slot, on an upper side. The opening is penetrated by a wick made of the capillary non-woven fabric. The wick penetrates the latter pipe upto a bottom of the former pipe. The wick is connected with a covering at the upper side of the former pipe so that water in the former pipe is delivered to a covering material through the wick against a gravitational force.
