The multi-phase converter (10) has electrical phases (11-16) that are controlled using respective switching units (21-26). Each switching unit is composed of low side switch and high side switch. Electrical phases (11,13,15) are magnetically coupled with electrical phases (12,16,14) via coupling units (31-39). A unit is arranged between magnetically coupled electrical phases for affecting magnetic flux leakage between the magnetically coupled electrical phases.
