The method involves obtaining parameter of dialog participant feature and environment feature. A special model dialog is selected from several dialog models, so that special model dialog is associated with parameter. The output dialog action is obtained based on special model dialog and is represented by human dialog participant. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a system for selecting dialog model and producing dialog based on selected dialog model; and (2) a system for constructing dialog model.
