Hydraulic motor (1) which can be actuated in both directions, the hydraulic motor comprising two two-way hydraulic ports (a, b) which can each be connected selectively according to the direction of rotation, in which the motor must be actuated either to a source of liquid under pressure, or to a device for collecting the liquid at a lower pressure, the hydraulic motor comprising a drainage orifice (5) communicating with an inside space of the casing of the engine, characterized by the fact that it comprises: an intermediate conduit (2) into which opens the drainage pipe (5) of the casing, a first check valve - return (3) disposed between the intermediate conduit (2) and a two-way hydraulic port (a) and able to open towards the first hydraulic port, and a second check valve - return (4) arranged between the intermediate conduit (2) and a second bidirectional hydraulic port (b) and able to open towards the second port bidirectional hydraulic.
