The tip (4) has a proximal end (12) attached to a gripper (1) and a distal end (6) capturing a corneal correction lens (7), where the tip extends along an axis marking distinct zones referring to a respective functionality so to permit bending of an end with respect to another end and is made of a flexible material that is selected from silicone, latex or other rubber materials based on desired characteristics such as bending, twisting and deformation characteristics. A lengthened form of the tip has size in range between 5 mm and 5 cm in a longitudinal axis. An independent claim is also included for a contact lens gripping device.
