The bandage has a support layer (1) including an elastic restraint band, and an adhesive layer (2) deposited on the support layer. The adhesive layer includes 0.5 to 10% of heating active agents. The active agents are selected among peppers, capsaicin, ethyl nicotinate, glycols, glycol salicylate, zirconium, zirconium oxide, iron and sodium acetate. The elastic band includes cotton, and elastomers selected from polyamides and elastane. The adhesive layer consists of surgical adhesive, where weight of the adhesive layer varies from 100 to 180 grams/m2. The adhesive layer contains 0 to 20% of mineral loads.
