The adapter (1) has a housing (11) assembled to a front plate (10) and comprising a track forming element (110) inside the housing. A contact terminal forming assembly (12) is installed inside the housing, and plate shaped elements (13) are located in the housing, where each being at lateral side of track forming element. A sliding element (14) is stressed by elastic elements (141), where each elastic element has a partially curved indentation (140). The elastic element is prolonged forward by a limiting part (131) for locking the sliding element when the sliding element is pressed on a side.
