The system has a main server (10) including a data processing unit and a storage unit. A set of cooperative servers (20, 30) is arranged with a data processing unit and a storage unit. Each cooperative server is connected in a permanent manner to the main server. A set of workstations (21, 22, 31-33, 41) of a user includes the data processing unit and the storage unit on which agronomic data of the user is stored. Each connection of the work station to the cooperative servers is duplicated. Data of the cooperative servers and the workstations are destocked.
