The machine (1) has a hopper (9) located under a work table (3) for receiving particles e.g. dust. A ventilator (10) creates a suction air flow of the particles in an internal space (11) communicating with through openings (6) of a bottom wall (5). A particulate air flow aspired in the space is passed through a filtration system (12). The table is mounted vertically to move by a controllable displacement unit (18). A sealed deformable connection device (19) is provided between the table and the space to ensure passage of aspired air toward the space according to displacement of the work table.
