The blade has a vane (2) for terminating in a foot (3), where the foot includes an upstream spoiler (4) and a downstream spoiler (5). The upstream spoiler and the downstream spoiler include hooks (7, 8) that are projected to generate axial thrust for rings of a turbine. The hooks include an oblique external face presenting a groove, where the external face presents inclination angle with a longitudinal axis of the blade ranging between 20 and 45 degree. The hooks comprise a trapezoidal shaped section. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a blade.
