The system (1) has a heat pipe (4) including a tube that is filled with coolant in balance with a liquid phase and a gas phase, where the coolant allows heat transfer by vaporization of the liquid phase and condensation of the gas phase. An end of the heat pipe is arranged in vicinity of an electronic system i.e. electronic control unit (2), to recover heat balanced with the electronic system. Another end of the heat pipe is connected to heat exchanger elements (6), which are arranged in an external wall (7) that is subjected to a cooled flow to allow the heat pipe to restore heat. An independent claim is also included for an aircraft turbomotor.
