The device (1) has a main cavity (10) that is ready to contain a liquid product. A proportioning cavity (21) is adapted to contain a predetermined amount of product. A circulation pipe (7) connects the main cavity to the proportioning cavity. A cap (4) is ready to seal the proportioning cavity. A degasification membrane (38) authorizes exhaust of the air contained in the proportioning cavity towards outside of the device, while prohibiting exhaust of product in the proportioning cavity towards outside of the device, when the cap seals the proportioning cavity.
