The device has a housing (5) provided with an electronic board that is provided with a memory containing an agenda. The housing has a microcontroller computing advance or delay of meeting according to the current hour, intervention in progress, hour at which the intervention is started and the agenda. The board controls a two digit display (3) indicating advance or cumulated delay of the meeting computed by the microcontroller. The housing has a green bar graph (2) indicating time spent of intervention, consumed time according to the current hour, the hour and intervention duration.
