The device has a graduated ruler (A) provided with a red line (1), where the ruler starts from zero to right angles. The ruler is provided with a central slide (2) in which graduated clips (3) with blue line slide independent of each other. The clips are mounted, so that graduation of each clip follows graduation of the ruler to measure length of tile when the clips are moved by a finger of a user. The ruler is provided with a right angle handle (4) to improve position when the user places the ruler against a wall (5) with a hand and moves the clips with a finger of another hand.
