The device has two modules (10), where each of the modules is arranged with a tenon (14) at each end. Each of the modules is provided with a hole (16), a rod (18) that is able to be connected with a body (20) and a head (22). Diameter of the body of the rod is provided lower than diameter of the hole. The rod is designed to be inserted in a substrate of a zone to be delimited by the device. An anchoring unit (24) is arranged for anchoring of the rod in the substrate, where the anchoring unit is arranged with a threading.
