The device has a housing (1) comprising a circular opening (6) signaling absence or presence of element in a reception box, where the absence or the presence of element in the box is materialized by change of color of the opening. A movable signaling part (2) signals receipt of letter part, and another movable signaling part (4) signals reception of parcel. The signaling parts operate on a color change mechanism of the opening. The housing is equipped with a receiver or transmitter element (12) remotely transmitting the absence or the presence of element in the box.
