PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix management method for nursing care services in elderly housings with the services.SOLUTION: A care manager prepares a monthly service providing form using care manager's portable terminal by selecting a care service which has been not booked while displaying a care service matrix of a care office for each day of the week. The care manager cooperates with a plurality of care managers for care services of a plurality of care offices by referring to care service matrices of the plurality of care offices. Care service management, with a minimum number of staff members, minimum working hours, and no mismatching, is performed by distributing care service units of a plurality of monthly service providing forms to a schedule matrix of the care office and coordinating the number of staff members and their working hours in reference to a care service matrix distribution. Additionally, whether or not scheduled services match actually performed services is checked based on the schedule matrix and actual performance matrix. An audit of the returned monthly service providing form is performed to eliminate incorrect billing.
