PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative cerebral blood flow analysis device, quantitative cerebral blood flow analysis system and program implementing an easy and highly reproducible analysis by excluding arbitrary determination of an analyst as much as possible.;SOLUTION: An analysis device 10 includes: a counted value acquisition unit 112 that acquires a cerebral counted value and a pulmonary counted value of IMP administered in the body; a ROI arrival time estimation unit 114 that calculates index values quantitatively representing degrees of secular changes in the cerebral counted value and the pulmonary counted value respectively and estimates brain arrival time and lung arrival time by first arithmetic processing using the calculated index values; and a cerebral blood flow analysis unit 116 that performs a quantitative analysis of the cerebral blood flow in a cerebral region on the basis of second arithmetic processing using time difference between the brain arrival time and the lung arrival time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
