PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employment recommendation device for presenting the most suitable employment to an employment applicant or a counseling applicant.;SOLUTION: The employment aptitude diagnosis device is configured so that: answer information to employment aptitude diagnosis by a question method is inputted; then, influence of the answers to the respective questions to respective evaluation axes, which are interest diagnosis, and favorite field diagnosis, is diagnosed by using a probability estimation technique for generating a synergy effect and a mutual effect, therefore diagnosis with higher accuracy which cannot be achieved by a conventional method is possible, and in addition, mid process of the answers is also sequentially displayed for continuing answering will of a person who answers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
