PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture medium information registration system and the like which can reduce the burden on operators, and can readily detect a colony by a simple system.;SOLUTION: A health management system S has a configuration for: (1) when obtaining a culture medium image from a data of the culture medium image obtained by imaging a film-type culture medium 60 in which a colony is formed, obtaining a color-containing information (residual information) attributed to a sample laid on the imaged film-type culture medium 60; (2) identifying a colony pixel on the basis of a color feature quantity of each pixel which constitutes the culture medium image, and the obtained color-containing information; and (3) detecting the colony and calculating the number of colonies on the basis of the identified colony pixel and color-containing information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
