PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a lot which is a combination of a plurality of kinds of products on which a heat treatment is collectively performed, while considering a fuel per unit material which is an amount of fuel used for unit material in a heat treatment process.;SOLUTION: In a computer, the amount of a material per unit product is registered as product information, and the amount of production and the amount of fuel of a plurality of kinds of products constituting an actual lot are registered as actual lot information (S1 to 2). A fuel estimation formula for estimating the amount of fuel is calculated on the basis of the product information and the actual lot information (S3). It is determined whether or not the same actual lot as an input lot idea is present, and a fuel per unit material is calculated on the basis of the amount of fuel registered in the actual lot information and the total amount of materials of the lot idea when the same actual lot is present, while the fuel per unit material is calculated on the basis of the amount of fuel estimated from the fuel estimation formula and the total amount of materials of the lot idea when the same actual lot is not present, and the fuel per unit material for the lot idea is output (S4 to 8).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
