PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge a particular user such as a manager to confirm use history.;SOLUTION: A program, stored in a portable memory 1 which is connected to a computer, makes the computer function as: history storage means for storing use history 7, including the date when the portable memory 1 was connected to the computer or the date when a file 8 in the portable memory 1 was accessed, in the portable memory 1; authentication means for authenticating if a user is a particular user or not; output means for allowing only the particular user to output the use history 7; and alerting means for outputting an alert when the use history 7 has not been outputted by the particular user for a prescribed period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
