PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a successive approximation analog/digital converter capable of reducing influences on ratio accuracy by a unit capacitance even when the unit capacitance is reduced for reducing an input capacitance and a circuit area.;SOLUTION: A successive approximation analog/digital converter 1 includes a charge re-distribution digital/analog conversion circuit 10, a comparator 20 and a control circuit 30. In the charge re-distribution digital/analog conversion circuit, each of (k) pieces of unit pixels 11 includes: a unit capacitor array 13 which is formed by connecting a switch SW and a unit capacitor C in series and connected to a common output line 12 in parallel; and a selector 15 for selecting one of voltages to be supplied through (m) pieces of voltage supply lines 14A-14C to one of at least three input terminals of the switches included in (j) pieces of unit elements subjected to dynamic element matching (DEM) among the (k) pieces of unit elements on the basis of the DEM.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
