PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inquiry prediction device for predicting inquiries to be presented to a user by assuming the various situations of the user.;SOLUTION: An inquiry prediction device for predicting inquiries includes: state acquisition means for acquiring a state of a user; calculation means for calculating a state transition sequence by using the state of the user acquired by the state acquisition means; state prediction means for predicting the next state of the user by using the state transaction sequence calculated by the calculation means; inquiry correspondence table accumulation means for accumulating an inquiry correspondence table in which inquires are associated with state transition sequences; and inquiry prediction means for predicting the inquiry of the user by using the state transition sequence including the next state of the user predicted by the state prediction means in the state transaction sequence calculated by the calculation means and the inquiry correspondence table accumulated in the inquiry correspondence table accumulation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
