PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify how is an elementary particle of the universe, what is a function of the elementary particle, what is a necessary condition of the elementary particle, and in the case of observing what part Doppler effect and Hubble's law can be adapted.;SOLUTION: From a state of the elementary particle of a big bang, a state of the particle element of a black hole and a state of the elementary particle of a neutron star, how is the elementary particle and what function there is are confirmed by A (indicating how many times of energy that field is, when a ground surface is defined as 1). By that, how the elementary particle should be and the necessary condition of the function of the elementary particle are understood. A direction of performing observation is considered separately in a direction in which the big bang has occurred, a direction vertical to the direction in which the big bang has occurred, and a direction opposite to the direction in which the big bang has occurred.
