PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographer assignment apparatus, a control method for photographer assignment apparatus, a photographer assignment program, and a photographer assignment system which evaluate a photographer's photographing skill by quantization thereof and assign a photographer to a photographing order on the basis of the evaluation results.SOLUTION: A positioning time measurement unit 56 measures the time for a photographer to position a patient and a radiograph detector 30 on the basis of a detection signal of a relative movement detection unit 39 which detects a relative movement between the patient and the radiograph detector 30, and stores the measurement results in a positioning time storage unit 21. An assignment determination unit 58, upon reception of a photographing order by a photographing order reception unit 57, reads positioning times of plural photographers from the positioning time storage unit 21 for comparison and determines the photographer to be assigned to the photographing order on the basis of the comparison results.
